Below is a list of questions who's answers were of interest to a number of people so we've collected their answered here for those who are curious and/or have similar questions of their own.
Can everyone in Netheril cast cantrips?
In our version of the setting, no. Canonically it was rumored to be the case however we have opted to restrict cantrips (level-0 spells) to practiced spell-casters such as wizards, sorcerers etc.
