Finally, the engine is complete. It has been tested a bit and should work, but if anything does not please report it! Subraces on Netheril work by selecting a base race, and then the Subrace. If the base race is wrong, the subrace will not work.

Level Adjustment will affect how much XP you get for killing creatures, and for turning in quests.

All Monsters start at level 4, at Sullivans.

Note that Monsterous Subraces are not allowed to enter Hadrian or Valstiir without DM presence, as they would be killed on sight.
