[BUG] Get Some Pork On Your Fork

Area/Quest name: Hadrian: Town / Get Some Pork On Your Fork
Location: ( screenshots would be great ) Hadrian: Town, right of starting point.
NPC name: Farmer James
Issue: Multiple people can take this quest at the same time, wich causes the quest to break for whomever's not first to hand it in.
Fix: Make it so that this quest can only be taken by one person at a time.
