[Banned for role-playing]

"OOC" been playing this game since 2003 and PnP way way long before that. Just got banned earlier this evening for uhm.... role-playing Is that an actual thing nowadays ?? You get banned from role playing on a role play server ?? Seriously ?? You guys, i.e. everyone who started playing DnD after 2000 in fact let's be honest 1990. Role play is about being in character when did that change? Here's something to think about. Everybody who is anybody will know. "The essence of a role-playing game is that it is a group, cooperative experience" "The secret we should never let the gamemasters know is that they don't need any rules" just saying......

Hi all. To be very specific about why this guy is banned...

Dude logs in as a Min-Max halforc, and starts attacking npcs/pcs willy-nilly out of spawn in Hadrian, with no shout to the DM channel. Pulled him aside, and politely talked to him about how there are rules for the server and the like, and that you can't go around just attacking everyone, as this is a roleplay server, not an Action/PvP server.

His response was along the lines of: "Fuck rules illkilluall lol" then started attacking an npc again.

We don't tolerate this kind of behavior here, and I think you'll all find this a justified ban.
