Sister Sileas Was quick to get to work finding any works describing Demons or devils with connections to insects in any way, as well as stronger techniques involving exorcisms.

Copying what she can, she also tries to find of laws or rules the seelie and unseelie must follow when dealing with people. In this regard she even goes so far as to ask the Wenebrie  druids in person and even try to talk to fae in the woods carefully.

I agree with Briar rose. In the time I've been in the server this is how i get levels the most from best rate(most levels in least time);
1-- Random exploration with high level people.; They simply have higher exp reward and gold reward for following someone around who can pick up a massive amount of junk to sell for 200g each.
2-- DM events; you get decent exp as normally DM events are medium to high level mobs plus the ending exp gift for doing it. DM's are also very kind and tend to give some of the most coolest and interesting randomized items you cant find elsewhere.
3-- quests; you can find plenty of cool things but normally it requires a demanded 'under this level' for you to get it. For instance the giant wasp quest; it has MANY useful things in it that anyone could use, but with RP, DM quests, and typical gameplay you end up PASSING it before you can actually get the items you need in it. You really only get the exp of something in your range inside of it which is around 16-40 exp depending on the monsters level. its basictly a weaker DM event with a time frame on it. I've heard a few rumours that sometimes someone will willingly die when questing just so they can get EXP loss so they can keep trying to get items in the quest.

*on well cared for and carefully kept paper in carefully done lettering.*

Greetings Library of Valstiir,
I am seeking for a map if possible of Valstiir's current lawful land ownership. There is a few running around seeking to attack others in the name of Valstiir while in places such as Sullivans, the planes, even in the moutains. I Seek only to get a basic idea of where their true ownership is so a paladin does not run up and claim 'You are wearing black, you must be evil, die!' just because I like a hat and dark clothing.

Enough of my rambling, so excuse me but I am stressed with the entire ordeal.

2nd entry:

Today was curious,  a simple day before a swam of undead Toa, skeletons, and zombie gnomes attacked the city, followed by some exploding flaming skeletons, skeletons on skeleton horses, and a teleporting skeleton flaming knight.. A certainly odd moment. Ashram, Shi lei, and myself helped take care of it while also dealing with ogre skeletons and some living giants and such elsewhere.

Note; I really should find something to deal with undead easier, I am close to useless against them.

*on a lovely but dark covered leather bound book in blank pages and well practiced lettering*

I am starting his booklet to give myself understanding as time continues.

Today I have been freed, Surprisingly My master has found me among vampires being used as a blood collection slave. It had been gods knows how long since I last saw him, and Now I am free to serve him once more.. I dearly missed you Ashram.

I remember it mostly, The sudden fires in town below, the screaming as the group of people slamming up the hill and to the home of Aardyn. The door shattering and many quickly being captures or slain.. I remember the horrors that followed and the cages we were shoved into. Sold off or killed, I was left alone in the cage soon enough to be sold to bandits, then to vampires. Little could be done, I am no warrior, no mage... But that changes now. I shall strengthen myself somehow so I am not a burden.

Shadow's protect, I am going to go rest, eat, then devour as much knowledge of the area as I can.

I personally like the items so far being made by DM's, but some items feel underpowered for what they are. crafting weapons  are pretty damn good, specially with some changes ive heard of. But at the same time I notice a heavy emphisis wizards and paladins and a few druid. Perhaps you can make 'rare' items for each class and even more rare but very powerful prestige class items that are DM given. If you work hard, obviously it should be good. A good example is a player making their WM's  weapon while having 100 in weapon smithing and spending the time with a DM making as the DM demands( finding the parts needed, people needed, and etc), obviously such an item would be a powerful peice of equipment but also would be one of a kind.

I personally like both the options( the gold/better merchant and the quest reduction)  but the issue i see for both are pretty obvious.  The quest reduction makes total sense but also means people will be worried and paranoid about quests. I  offer this instead;

Have the death system take gold when you die AND lower stats for a set amount of time. offset with the higher merchant selling but also give cleric PC's the ability to remove the stat lowering via greater restoration or a special widget clerics/druids get+ resting at an Inn. Either of those options would give more to the server, still punish death, but also dont hamper players to the point of paranoia. Doing it this way will also make it fair for all classes as some classes just cant get XP as well as others, such as going out by themselves at low levels.

What about unique recipes for crafting as a reward for story arcs involving crafting or other professionals?

FOr example, the Elves of Nualla'n might teach someone who has gained their trust how to make Elven Chain or other finely crafted goods.

I could see this but id say it might be a special requirement item Dm given but is in the list already.

Maybe the mist can have mini quest for it; clearing out infected dirt/water, etc.

Specialized areas for certain classes; like a special hidden doorway for rogues/shadowdancers/assassins that  needs a special password said near it to open, inside could offer some nice stuff, like blackmarket and evil things..

The wombrie druids selling more useful druid/ranger stuff, or heck, even selling  animal based Summon items (like the summon books, but for elementals and animals, like a book that turns all you summons into rats of sort)

A hidden spot using a 'poke this tiny spot hidden in an allyway' thing to get into a homeless  area with some cool low level stuff and a sleeping area
