Title: Quest portal not working

Area/Quest name:
Location: Valstiir temples (Jergal temple in the Shelf)
NPC name: Doomscribe Aleneta
Issue: Portal leading to the quest area does not work.

ohh Z quest, I wonder what will be found in there.

Thanks, it is a WiP quest and I might have to remove the quest giver for a time.
