Fjord enters the Library of Valstiir searching for information on aquariums, aquarium designs, as well as any accounts of aquariums enchanted through magic

The Librarian refers to the aquarium in the Library of Valstiir. Its design is on file and magics provided by the Skettus Artificer at the time, one Robertus Reffas.

Smaller aquarium have been done but not in the scale of the one in the library.
