Unionists, rabble rowsers, outright anarchists?
The citizens of the enclave would have you believe all three.  Then throw in outright organized criminality as well.
But they don't stomp them out..


The truth is that he who controls the wharves, controls the trade. Whatever sort of trade that might be.
The Fishermen and Dockworkers are generally a rough and gruff close knit group who don't take kindly to outsiders butting their noses into their business.
If you wish to find out more you better earn their respect first.
