Title: [BUG] Z Quest missing transition

Area/Quest name: Valstiir: Temples / Z
Location: Temple of Jergal
Issue: The portal leaidng to the quest area does not work.
Fix: Fix the transition.

I will remove the quest giver on this one, no area currently, it needs to be rebuilt.

It is on the list :)
