Title: Crafting Waraxes

Allow humans and other races to make waraxes please. There really is no reason for a mass amnesia on how to make axes other than by dwarves.

The secret of making a true Dwarven Waraxe is closely guarded by the dwarfs and is never taught to anyone who is not a Dwarf. We will be adding things in for other races like, as an example, Elven Chain
