Moving into the library of Valstiir, Pheroth begins to look for any information on opening portals to other planes, that are two way, and what is required. He knows of Sigil and the fact there are portals to different planes and primes there, so he searches for information on there, anything that might him to enable to create a stable portal or manipulate a portal to go to another plane.

The Librarian directs him towards the Arcanist guild as they have more extensive knowledge on this subject.
