[BUG] Solider of Fortune Quest

Voss:
Area/Quest name: ZOA: Halls of Misfortune +87 / Solider of Fortune Quest
Location: The entire area.
Issue: The quest does not progress beyond: ''You must find the entrance to the Halls of Misfortune, as the priest described.'' and so cannot be completed.
Additionailly, the ladder transition at the end does not work.
Fix: Fix the quest objective, fix the transition.

Sorry, you should not be able to get into this area. I blocked it off a day or so ago.

I will make sure there is no entry till fixed. Thanks
